Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and these policies help keep visits clear, respectful of your time, and smooth for our clients and team. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies.
All booking fees are non-refundable and reserve your appointment time. Please confirm your availability before booking. A credit card is required to book an appointment. It will not be charged unless a no-show, late cancellation, or last-minute rescheduling occurs.
If you have booked a Foreign Fill, our artist will assess your existing lashes to determine whether a fill is possible or if a full set is needed. Please note: A $10 surcharge applies to all Foreign Fills in addition to the standard fill price. In some cases, a full removal and new set may be required if the existing lashes are not compatible with our products or techniques.
NON-PMU SERVICES: You may reschedule your appointment anytime up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 20% charge of the service cost to the card on file. This charge is non-transferable to a new appointment. PMU: You may reschedule your appointment anytime up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Your fee may be transferred one time when rescheduling with at least 2 days’ notice.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can provide your full treatment comfortably and to our professional standard. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible by text or phone 336-988-3045. **Up to 15 minutes late:** We’ll do our best to accommodate you, though treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full service price still applies. **20+ minutes late:** Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a *cancellation fee of up to 50%* may apply. We’re unable to extend appointments if it affects another booking.
To protect a calm, focused appointment environment, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment unless the studio has approved a guest in advance.
Permanent makeup requires eligibility review, informed consent, aftercare compliance, and realistic expectations about healing. Existing work must be disclosed and may require an assessment before booking.
Results and longevity vary by treatment, skin, growth cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare. Maintenance recommendations are individualized and are not a guarantee of a fixed duration.
