Refill timing is not one-size-fits-all. Mini fills support small gaps, standard refills rebuild a two-to-three-week set, and extended or new-client fills allow more time when additional correction is needed.

Depending on their condition, a full set may be recommended instead. A $10 surcharge applies to all New Fills, in addition to the standard fill price.

Which refill should I choose?
Choose the option that matches your set style and the time since your last appointment. If the work is from another artist, choose New Fill.
What if too many lashes are missing?
A heavily shed or overgrown set may require an extended refill, removal, or a new full set. The studio will assess what can be restored appropriately.
Can you refill another artist's work?
Qualifying transfer work can be assessed through the New Fill option. A new set may be recommended if the existing work is not suitable to refill.
Why do I need to clean my lash extensions?
Keeping your lash extensions clean helps remove oil, makeup, skincare, and buildup that can affect retention. Regular cleansing helps maintain better retention, prevent buildup and irritation, and keep your extensions looking fresh and beautiful.
Can extensions be removed professionally?
Yes. Book Lash Removal rather than pulling or picking at extensions at home.
