Arrive ready for a better consultation.
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup or mascara to allow proper adhesion & optimal results.
- Remove contact lenses before your appointment for comfort and safety.
- Please limit caffeine intake at least 2 hours before your appointment to help you stay relaxed. As you’ll be lying down for an extended period, we also recommend wearing comfortable clothing.

Which lash set should I book?
Choose the set closest to your desired finish. We will still assess your natural lashes and refine the design during your appointment.
How long do lash extensions last, and will they damage my natural lashes?
With proper care, lash extensions can last up to 5 weeks. When applied correctly by a trained professional, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Each extension is applied individually to one natural lash, allowing for natural shedding and regrowth.
Can I customize my lash set?
Absolutely! We’d love to see your inspiration photos—they’re a great way to share your style and preferences. Your final lash map will be thoughtfully customized to suit your eye shape, natural lashes, and comfort for a beautiful, personalized result.
When will I need a refill?
A lash refill is recommended every 2–3 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth and retention. Regular refills help maintain a full, fresh look without needing a new full set.
Can I wear eye makeup with lash extensions?
Yes! You can wear eye makeup with lash extensions. We recommend using oil-free, lash-safe products and avoiding waterproof mascara or heavy eyeliner, as these can affect retention and make your extensions harder to clean.
